These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any request you submit through it. This site is operated by Smart Home Security | Safe Streets USA LLC, an ADT Authorized Provider. By using the site you agree to these terms.
1. About this site
The site is provided for general information about home security systems and monitoring services, and to let you request a quote. Nothing on the site is an offer to contract until a written agreement is signed.
2. Requesting a quote and consent to contact
When you submit the quote form or call the number on this site, you agree that Smart Home Security | Safe Streets USA LLC and its authorized partners may contact you at the phone number and email address you provide, including by automated dialing technology, pre-recorded message and SMS. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text message or by calling 866-651-4293.
3. Promotional offers
Advertised equipment and pricing offers are subject to eligibility, credit approval, installation charges, a new monitoring agreement and a minimum term. Early termination fees apply. Offers may be modified or withdrawn at any time and cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Equipment packages vary by market and availability.
4. Monitoring and installation services
Monitoring services are provided by ADT under a separate monitoring agreement. Installation is performed by Smart Home Security | Safe Streets USA LLC technicians. The terms of your monitoring agreement control the services you receive, and they take precedence over anything stated on this site.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site is owned by Smart Home Security | Safe Streets USA LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. ADT and the ADT logo are registered trademarks of ADT LLC and its affiliates. Google, Google Nest Cam and Google Nest Doorbell are trademarks of Google, LLC. All other marks belong to their respective owners.
6. Third-party links
The site may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. No security system can prevent every loss. To the extent permitted by law, Smart Home Security | Safe Streets USA LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
8. ADT Visa Reward Card®
ADT Visa Reward Card® requires service activation. You will receive a claim voucher via email within 24 hours and the voucher must be returned within 60 days. Your ADT Visa® Reward Card will arrive in approximately 6-8 weeks. Card is issued by MetaBank®, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. No cash access or recurring payments. Can be used everywhere Visa cards are accepted. Card valid for up to 6 months; unused funds will forfeit after the valid thru date. Card terms and conditions apply.
9. ADT Theft Protection Guarantee
Customer may receive reimbursement of up to five hundred dollars ($500) of Customer's homeowner's insurance deductible (if any) if, and only if, ALL requirements for Theft Protection Guarantee are met to ADT's reasonable satisfaction. Customer must request reimbursement within 60 days of property loss. Request must be mailed to ADT and include: Theft Protection Guarantee certificate signed by Customer, a letter from Customer requesting reimbursement, a copy of the police report, and a copy of the accepted insurance claim. ADT reserves the right to reject any application for reimbursement that does not comply with all of the requirements.
10. Licensing
We are licensed in the states in which we operate. State license numbers are available on request.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
